We had part of the garden that was neglected so decided to revamp it and decided to use Wilsons Building and Landscape https://www.facebook.com/wilsonshampshire after seeing their work on here and we could not be more happy. I had seen a design of a gazebo on another house on Rightmove and Sean was able to build something very similar in Oak. We replaced the shed with one from Skinners Sheds, the patio was from Miles Stone in Eastleigh and we went for the Piatto Black Porcelaine. Wilsons also replaced a large section of the fence with something much better that should lasy years. The rattan furniture from Amazon and the wooden bench from Arbor Garden Solutions. The swing seat from www.isawitfirst.com which the kids enjoy. Electrics completed by https://www.facebook.com/AbrahamsElectrical who did a fantastic job
We started with a multi level garden made up of rotten decking and concrete. The area was beautiful but wasn’t practical for a dog or a toddler. We removed 8 transit tipper loads of concrete alone plus a couple of loads of soil to bring it down to one level. All aggregates were from CWM off of Knowle lane in fair oak. We led a beautiful grey sandstone patio and pointed in using Pavetuf (from Greener Landscapes opposite Marwell zoo) this also had a matching path which runs the length of the garden. The new turf was from Solent Turf. New wooden sleepers from Wickes and were used to create a raised bed where the neighbours level was higher than ours. This will become a beautiful rose bed and will eventually be transformed to house a larger pond. We will be putting up a summer house on the dirt area which we will convert for our 2 year old to play in and to store her outside toys. The grass directly outside will be fenced off with a little white picket fence for her very own private garden. We carried out all the work ourselves (D Hodgson Tree and Landscape Services) http://dhodgsontreeandlandscape.weebly.com/
